Consultation:

The initial consultation takes about 1 hour where we discuss your individual needs for your new project and decide where you could utilize the services of Paragon & Co.

The Initial consultation fee is $110.00. If you decide to use any of our services, this fee will be deducted from your final account.

We pride ourselves in working with the client to
produce a concept plan. All aspects of the project are discussed from clients lifestyle, needs, desires and most importantly their budget.

Site inspections are essential to gauge the condition, contours, aspect and views of the block. Your Home design will be in harmony with the site and the natural environment.
